Accomplishments

• Led the redesign of a medical records (EMR) system application, contributing from initial research through to successful delivery over a 3-year period.
• Prototyped a multi-tenant pension management system application, dedicating 3 years to its development and enhancement.
• Presented a successful lunch-and-learn webinar focusing on the core principles of UX to foster knowledge sharing within the organization.

• In 2014, I was given the “INSPIRE-IT ON FIRE!” award for team contributions.
• Researched and wireframed 250 features of Tripwire’s IP360 product. I specified how each feature will move over to a new UI platform. SC Magazine gave the new UI a five-star rating in Jan. 2016 for flexibility and ease of use.

• Draft, review and direct UX improvements of applications, digital signage content, online portals and APIs in a fast paced 24 hour iteration.
• Direct UI/UX and production of a CMS for digital signage content.
• Direct UX design and the day-to-day developments of multi-platform wayfinding product for the events industry (online, on-site and mobile).
• Provide UX Design and creative direction for kiosks and mobile apps.

Accomplishments

• In 2012, Prism won two second place awards for design and content at the Digital Signage Expo for a traveling exhibition on green architecture created for Museum of Design Atlanta. I designed and directed the content development of the 8 large interactive touch screens in the exhibit.
• Directed digital content for over 100 trade show brands and events and established Prism as a leading digital product provider for the events industry.
